The Role
The Business Analyst will be responsible for leading the efforts to define requirements and develop solutions for the DMS
Digital Deal™. A self-starter with experience writing business requirements and running testing efforts. As part of a growing company and team, the role requires strong leadership and forward thinking in order to deliver valuable solutions to automotive retail.
The Business Analyst will work with product leaders, client relationship managers, development teams, QA, operations and integrated business partners through the entire software lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Define Solutions & Document Requirements
• Understand business processes and business needs.

descriptions, use cases, user stories and data specifications.

Southfield, MI. The ideal candidate will have strong competencies in data structures, OOPS, and
software design to help create integrated applications that will become the number one loan acquisition
solution for dealerships across the US and Canada.

This person must be able to independently design, code, and test major features, as well as work jointly
with other team members to deliver complex technical solutions.

The hire will take full ownership of feature development from design to implementation, including
responsibilities for code roll-out and responding to customer issues.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and/or demonstrated applicable work experience.
• Experience designing robust and scalable applications that maximize reusability within code and
data structures.
• Experience developing, testing, and building J2EE systems using technologies such as Eclipse,

Open Dealer Exchange is searching for a motivated and energetic business professional to promote
adoption of Provider Exchange Network (PEN) services. This direct hire position will support client and
partner relationships to leverage marketing and training resources, all while supporting individual brands.
The PEN Account Utilization Specialist will work with the PEN Account Manager and direct with Clients to
execute programs and assist Provider Agents as they work with Dealers.

Provider Exchange Network (PEN) is a service to streamline the sales and registration of automobile
aftermarket and insurance products. PEN provides real time transaction integration services to leading
dealership software applications. Our audience is the auto F&I product providers, not the dealerships
themselves.

Responsibilities:
• Support client account projects and tasks to achieve business performance objectives
• Manage Provider/Agent activities for system registration and utilization efforts
• Identify and follow up on dealer setup and utilization opportunities

Direct hire opportunity for a Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join the team in a junior SDET role.  Ideal candidate will have a keen analytical mindset and the ability to jump in to our on-going projects and come up to speed quickly.

The candidate will be focused on functional and integration testing using both manual and automated testing techniques throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
